zombie
dead flesh and
gaping wounds, as I was fumbling around experimenting with silicone prosthetics for the wraith anyway, zombie making seemed a natural progression.
We used wax paper for a base and "painted" silicone (Dragonskin) on it, layer by layer, each layer drying in between. It was fairly easy to manipulate the gooey silicone as it dried, dragging across it to get a textured uneven surface to simulate wounds and rotting flesh. It is easier to make smaller pieces and assemble them on-site -skin-than to create large pieces that didn't want to stay put. We really threw this together but it turned out pretty good and the next version will have upgrades, I'd like some exposed bone on the arm and neck I think...
